The TITAN UF is a carefully engineered machine with a sleek finish and premium quality. Remon’s own proven PLC control system ensures precise operation, while the highly acclaimed filtration modules from Dutch manufacturer NX handle the water purification. The entire installation is mounted on a stainless steel skid with fiberglass grating, giving it a polished, professional appearance.
The TITAN UF Ultrafiltration is a true powerhouse, effortlessly purifying surface water, recirculation water, and drain water from suspended solids, clay particles, humic substances, sludge, bacteria, and viruses. The result is sterile water which, after RO treatment, can turn fresh, brackish, or even saline (surface) water into drinking water. There is no need for an additional disinfectant, as the TITAN UF achieves a LOG5 disinfection level.
Equipped with the most advanced sensors and measuring instruments, the system orchestrates its own backwash cycle and communicates seamlessly with the PLC control system. This advanced system can be accessed online and remotely operated, ensuring you and Remon always have full control of the machine.
