Almost all Remon water purifiers are equipped with smart control with network technology. This NT (Network Technology) control allows you, as a user, to entirely monitor the machine’s operation in a graphical representation, to control it, and to trace it. When connected to internet or a 4g modem, Remon can log in to the installation and read it out, and, if required, adjust and operate it remotely.

NT-controller®
The NT-Controler®” is equipped with a large colour touch screen. This screen is easily linked to a tablet, laptop or PC via the Internet, making it possible to monitor and control all functions remotely. The main screen shows a real-time colour image with all current plant data. The screen makes it possible to set up the plant optimally, but also to detect faults and to solve them yourself. Complex faults can be forwarded directly to Remon’s service department, which can analyse the fault and, if possible, already solve it by logging into the NT-Controler® remotely. The actual water consumption per day or period is also clearly displayed on the screen.

The multi-layered structure allows the user to safely monitor from the menu and perform certain actions, but because no water that needs to be treated is the same, every water treatment need is unique as well. Through a login code, Remon has access to the full menu and can fully configure the machine to the specific customer situation.
Any faults are indicated on the screen and can be reset, also remotely via the Internet. However, the practice is often that you don’t even notice that something is going on with the machine, as it is already being solved remotely by Remon’s service department; often even free of charge.
Remon’s Network Technology can often be integrated into existing management systems through TCP/IP or by visiting a secure network viewer via the Internet, anywhere in the world; by using water purifiers with NT, you really have the most reliable water treatment!
