Fuel surcharge

Dear Customer,

Due to the increased tensions in the world, in a short time, the fuel price has increased with more than 35% and probably the increase is not over yet. Remon sharply monitors this situation and will accept that normal price increases are part of the business risk.

However, currently these price increases are of such a high level that we cannot continue to compensate this out of our own buffer. At all times we want to continue the service provided by Remon you are used to. But, as Remon, we cannot avoid that these substantially increased fuel prices, for a small part, must also be recharged to you, as a Remon customer.

When you receive an invoice from Remon Service, you will find a fuel surcharge at the statement. We hope you will understand this. Of course we will discontinue the fuel surcharge immediately as soon as the fuel market allows it.

In this way, we can continue our 24/7 service to you.
