Job Description: As a service engineer/technician at Remon Water Treatment B.V., you will be responsible for maintaining water treatment systems for our clients in the agricultural, industrial, horticultural, and recreational sectors. You will have the freedom to shape your work activities, determining which parts need replacement and justifying this to the customer. Regular visits to different clients are part of the role, so having good social skills is essential. In addition to performing maintenance, you should be able to collaborate with the customer, especially when their system is outdated or new and improved systems are available, or when changes in the customer’s situation require a different system. In such cases, you will act as a salesperson, convincing the customer of your recommendations.
As a service engineer/technician, you should also be capable of quickly and expertly resolving issues with purification systems. It’s crucial for our customers to rely on our service 24/7.
Training Opportunities: Remon provides both internal and externally recognized training, with costs covered by the company. Remon is an officially recognized SBB training company, so candidates undergoing training (BBL, BOL, or interns) are welcome.
Who are you?
- Basic technical education: LBO, KMBO, MBO, or BBL
- Social skills
- Irregular working hours are not an issue
- Possession of basic VCA or willingness to obtain it
- Self-employed individuals meeting the job description criteria are also welcome to apply
