Remon Watertreatment installs parallel Rem4000 deferrization systems for Buitencentrum Hessenheem.
Located in the green and tranquil area of Markelo (Twente), Buitencentrum Hessenheem is a year-round camping and recreation park offering lodges, safari tents, forest villas, and plenty of spots for caravans and campers.
After meeting Remon Waterbehandeling at the recreation trade fair, Hessenheem sought a water treatment solution because their existing water quality no longer met drinking water standards. Investing in municipal water proved too costly, so treating their own well water was chosen as a sustainable and efficient alternative.
The park’s water is pumped from its existing well via a hydro-pump. A parallel setup of Remon’s Rem4000 deferrization systems treats the water, removing iron, manganese, and other unwanted substances and gases. The treated water is stored in two 10,000-liter clean water tanks, and a frequency-controlled booster pump ensures a steady supply of drinking water across the park.
The installation is now completed, allowing guests to enjoy naturally sourced water from their own well.
