For over 45 years, based on our vision and experience, we have been producing water for plants, factories, people, and animals. Many have tried to copy us, but none have matched us. We see water as essential to life and are available 24/7 to assist with any unwanted water disruptions—no one is left out in the cold.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a driven recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting new talent for Remon and our affiliated companies. You will not only search and select candidates but also conduct interviews and, when suitable, hire these talents.
What will you do?

Actively search and recruit suitable candidates for various roles within Remon and our partners.

Write appealing job postings and publish them on various recruitment platforms.

Screen CVs and select candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the selection process.

Build and maintain a network of talented professionals in the water treatment sector.
Who are you?

You have at least an HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably with a completed HR-related degree.

You have several years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.

You have strong communication skills, an open character, and can enthuse candidates about our organization.

You are proactive and work effectively both independently and in a team.

You have an interest in the water treatment sector or are willing to develop it.
