Join Remon Water Treatment as an HR Officer

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a driven HR Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting new talent for Remon and our affiliated companies. In addition to sourcing and selecting candidates, you will also be the point of contact for our existing employees and, on behalf of management, a discussion partner in performance, onboarding and exit interviews.
What will you do?

Actively search for and recruit suitable candidates for various positions within Remon and our partners.

Write attractive vacancy texts and publish them on various recruitment platforms.

Screen CVs and select candidates based on their qualifications and experience.

Conduct job interviews and guide candidates through the selection and hiring process. You will also actively support the onboarding of new employees.

Conduct performance reviews.

Build and maintain a network of talented professionals within the water treatment sector.
Who are you?

You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working, preferably with a completed HBO degree in an HR-related field.

You have several years of experience as an HR Officer, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.

You have strong communication skills, an open personality and the ability to enthuse candidates about our organisation.

You have a proactive attitude and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

You have an interest in the water treatment sector or are willing to further develop your knowledge in this field.
