Remon Supplies Carwash Reitdiep with Water Source and Treatment Installation
Recently, the brand-new car wash of Carwash Reitdiep in Groningen was officially opened. In addition to a state-of-the-art conveyor wash, the facility also features four self-service wash bays and a vacuum area.
For rinsing cars, Carwash Reitdiep uses water from its own source. This water source was professionally drilled by the drilling experts at Remon. Our installation technicians then equipped the source with a submersible pump that supplies water to the Titan© 4-tube RO membrane filtration system. This membrane filtration purifies the water into crystal-clear osmosis water. The osmosis water then passes through a REM3000 Multifilter, removing the last traces of source gases. The final product is stored in two 50m³ water silos provided by Remon. Our powerful booster set delivers the water from the silos at the correct pressure to the car wash and wash bays.
As you can see, a lot of processing happens before a car wash can make your car sparkling clean. By having its own source water, Carwash Reitdiep is no longer dependent on tap water, resulting in significant cost savings!
