In this role, you will be responsible for attracting new talent for Remon and our affiliated companies. In addition to sourcing and selecting candidates, you will also be the point of contact for our existing employees and, on behalf of management, a discussion partner in performance, onboarding and exit interviews.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1050\">\n<p data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1050\"><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1608\">\n<li data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1160\">\n<p data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1160\">Actively search for and recruit suitable candidates for various positions within Remon and our partners.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1246\">\n<p data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1246\">Write attractive vacancy texts and publish them on various recruitment platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1329\">\n<p data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1329\">Screen CVs and select candidates based on their qualifications and experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1483\">\n<p data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1483\">Conduct job interviews and guide candidates through the selection and hiring process.
