Well-drilling is complicated work demanding a high degree of skill. Remon Water treatment has gained this expertise over many years in business. At this point in time we have more than 18,000 satisfied customers who have used our services!
Using modern, state-of-the-art equipment, our foreman drillers are searching for a suitable water-bearing stratum. Sometimes a stratum is found at only a few metres below the surface, but it also happens we have to drill much deeper. We are able to drill down to 600 metres, provided that (local) regulations allow us to, of course. In principle we will not charge you anything if we fail to find a water-bearing stratum, i.e. when we work on the basis of ‘no cure – no pay’.
Since we are convinced of the quality of our bore-water units, we guarantee
sand-free water for a period of 10 years.

Substances that adversely affect the quality of the water, such as iron compounds and manganese, must be removed from the pumped-up bore-water. Purified bore-water will keep pipelines and drinking nipples as good as new and contributes to the well-being of your herd. The patented Remotector 2000 efficiently removes the excess iron and manganese from the water. It is a modern bore-water supply that not only provides the cleanest water but also a substantial reduction of the power bill. In combination with the unique pumps used for the Remon Water treatment in the Remotector 2000, you can be sure of crystal-clear bore-water for many years to come. |

The double-walled units have been fitted with an energy-saving system, making them up to 50% more cost-efficient than other water treatment installations. In addition, the Remotector 2000 will detect when the purifying filter bed is saturated and requires rinsing. These are daily savings of many litres of rinsing water compared with other units, making the Remotector 2000 economical as well as friendly to the environment.
If so required, the Remotector 2000 will be ex-factory fitted with an intelligent frequency control, adjusting the RPM setting of the pump to the required water consumption. It gives the unit extra savings on power consumption in excess of 40%. Since lower switching currents are being used during the start-up of the pump, the unit has also optimal protection against overload. Reducing the load of the pump will reduce wear and tear of the pump parts and ensure a longer life. In addition, the frequency control provides constant pressure on the pipe system.

In the reverse osmosis process, the water to be filtered is pressed through a special membrane. The permeability of this membrane is so small, that just about all unwanted substances, salt molecules, bacteria and viruses are separated from the water.
